According to the Government of Canada, it is not legally required for businesses to offer refunds or returns. Businesses can set their own refund or no refund policy.

Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell, so, therefore, all sales are final.  We will replace or refund items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds and Replacements

To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product at to alert us of the damage or lost product. We will ship out a replacement immediately, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, All Services Due to The Cost Of Labor and products usage.

Refunds

Once the damaged or lost product refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please allow for 3-5 business days processing to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or lost.  If you need a replacement for the same item, email [email protected]

Lost or Stolen Packages

Brava is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

Product Dissatisfaction

We always recommend a consultation prior to purchasing new products, or services to ensure they are right for your hair type, colour and texture. We are not liable for wrongly purchased products.
